What We Do

Tapestry Medical is the exclusive provider of CoagNow®, a comprehensive medical support service that enables healthcare professionals (HCPs) to improve time in Therapeutic Range (TR) for patients on oral anticoagulation therapy. Tapestry Medical enables patients to self-test and communicate their PT/INR results more frequently in between regularly scheduled office visits. Tapestry Medical offers physicians flexible reporting options and can actively monitor patient compliance to ensure that they remain within their TR (i.e. Safe-T-ZoneSM). Tapestry Medical provides physicians with INR trend reports that can be used to monitor patient therapy and document physician billing for review and interpretation of patient-generated tests (CPT G0250).

STANDARD DIFFERENTIATION
Patient Education Method TMI is the only provider of its type to have always trained all new patients in person. Other providers have relied on impersonal methods (i.e. DVD, internet or telephonic) to train patients.
Products Used

TMI offers a full line of FDA approved Home INR Monitors. Presently the ProTime®, INRatio2®, and CoaguChek® are all approved for professional and home use allowing healthcare providers immediate INR test values resulting in improved care.
Decision Support System TMI monitors patient compliance using CoagClinic™, a sophisticated web-based application developed by a specialized disease management company whose GMP standards have been registered with the FDA.
